Is there a Recipe forum? Or any tips on where to find some great protein rich low carb recipes?

There is a recipe and cooking forum, look under other forums catagory...As for suggestions - I bought a great slow cooker cookbook at Books-a-Million - " 200 Low Carb Slow Cooker Recipes"...I've made about 20-25 of the recipes so far using my family as guinea pigs, only 2 have received the family thumbs down, all others where delish... I use http://allrecipes.com/ for all types of recipes you can check them out they have nutritional info Also you can check out http://splenda.com/ for sugar free but not a lot in protein http://atkins.com/ is good for low carb and I have purchased books from them too and pre WLS I use to use this board http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/ it's been a long time since I've been there but it had good recipes as I recall. Hope this all helps!
