How long did it take you to lose the last 30 lbs?

I am currently 11 months out and have been losing slower. Which I understand is normal, so I am polling to see how long it took you to lose your last few lbs. I appreciate any and all feedback. (I know, I am never happy :))

I have been working on the last 15 pounds for a year. I could/should be working much harder!  Good luck, you can do it!

Ill be 2 yrs out on Aug 19th, and Im working on losing my last 15. It goes so slow at the end, and you can eat more, so it makes it a bit harder. But im sure ill get there!! I remind myself how much my health has improved, and tell myself this is not a race. Sometimes I want everything NOW!! Lol

The last 30 lbs. took me about 7 months to lose. Keep following your surgeon's protocol and you will get there!

I lost 164lbs in the first year brining my weight to 164lbs. Things really slowed down and it took me several months after that to lose the last 14lbs bringing me down to 150lbs. Now I've been maintain in the 150's somewhere for quite awhile~holding strong at exactly 150lbs is really hard for me so I allow myself to bounce around in the 150's, but hope to never see the 160's again!!!! Hang in there and you'll make it to your goal! Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!

FREAKING FOREVER!!!! I am 18 months out and haven't lost a pound in six months.  My clothes are getting roomier but the scale isn't budging.  I am truly not focusing on the scale as much now but on the circumference of my muffin roll.  I have no idea what this shape is!  I am decent on the top and decent on the bottom.  But that round muffin top that rides at my rib cage above my waist is NOT going anywhere!   I was never this vain at 255 pounds.  It is way too silly to start now!  I keep telling myself.......I am down ninety pounds.  My diabetes is in control.  I am getting healthier every day.  But I want an indented curve at my waist!!   LOL

I haven't yet. Dr Simpson has a book out about losing the last 30.

I guess I'm the odd duck here but I did not struggle with the last 30 lbs. I was told that the last 20-30 I would have to take off "at the gym" but I guess since I've become so into exercise, It has just come off. If I'm eating healthy and exercising (4 miles on treadmill) I can still lose 2-3 lbs now even at goal. Dawn
