Accountability - What did you eat, Tuesday 7/10?

I've been lurking and now want to chime in...I am currently doing the plateau buster diet to get off these last few pounds...so here is what my day was like:
B: coffee / protein shake
S: cottage cheese (3 oz)
L: roast beef (2 oz), cheese (1 oz), protein shake
S: yogurt
D: chicken breast (3 oz)
LNS: beans (3 oz)
Cal: 765 Carb: 32 Fat: 15 Protein: 115
Exercised for an hour with my trainer.
Water: Drank at least 64 oz.
Good day...although it was day 1 of the plateau buster...kinda hard, but I did it!

Great Work! I have the greatest admiration for people on the plateau buster diet and also TimeOut...I did a similar high protein diet for 2 weeks presurgery @ my surgeons request as a way to shrink my liver before surgery...It was extremely difficult limiting myself, seemed like I was always wanting to pick up something to pop in mouth that did not fit into the criteria of my food plan...
I hope all the days to come work out for you, I know you can do it and be successful at reaching the goal you have set for yourself...

Good for you, Alesia - making your boys pitch in! I never did that - since I was a stay-at-home mom, I felt it my "duty" to do all the work. Consequently, now that they're all grown, when holidays come, I'm stuck doing all the shopping, cooking and cleaning up!! If I could turn back time - go Cher! LOL
B - banana, 1 c ff milk, 3/4 c Honey Bunches of Oats w/almonds w/2 T ground flax
S - 1 pack pb on wheat crackers, AchievONE
L - 1/4 c peanuts, sf Jell-O cup, 1 pack O'Coco's, 2 sf Werthers
S - 3 Triscuits w/2 T squirt cheese, AchievONE
D - Smart One lasagne florentine, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie
S - 1 oz lf Pringles, 1 c cherries, 1/2 c ff sf homemade tapioca pudding
Plus I drank 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz decaf diet green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 16 oz sf ff hot cocoa and I treaded for 60 minutes.
You'll get back to "normal" soon, Alesia! You're only human, you know - and you're not really doing that bad!! We love ya'!!!!

And you still are silly ...
Not feeling disconbobulated about my food, although it too has been all over the board...Its everything else, just not organized about how I'm handling everything going on with me work & home, need to set down, re-organize and develop a better game plan for dealing with what life throws at me
You had a good day, DH has gone back to work and you're getting a chance to get back to normal now, right? Luv you girl, you are such a great support system, not sure how much I give back, but I want you to know I'm glad you're posting we me, can always count on you to give a little luv...

Good day for you, nice water intake ...Hey did you use the yogurt, milk and fruit this morning to make a smoothie, sounds like it would be a good one for sure?

Yes, I made a smoothie and it was delicious! I've got more frozen fuit in the freezer so I can have it again. I needed to get more protien powder which I finally was able to do today so I can add a scoop of that instead of the yogurt and get more needed protien in the am.
