I went to the store today for the first time in a couple of months and was looking at pants and shirts.. my 5's are getting to big and my 3's are big so I thought.. what the heck lets try on a 1.. so i bring a bunch in and they all fit.. BIG.. thats right.. they are big on me.. so i go out and get 0's and they fit me too.. some were even a little big.. now I have no idea what comes after zero.. but WOW.. WOW.. WOW.. what a moment that was.. than it dawned on me.. i have gone from size 24 to 0.... OMG.. what a difference.. what a new and incredible life... thanks for listening guys..

Hi Margaret! I wear a 6 or an 8 depending on the maker. I've found that I bounce around in the 150's and I have been maintaining in that range nicely. You hang in there and keep working toward your goal~the last 30 will come off!!!!!

Hi Margaret, I too am almost 5'9. I weigh in at 170 and am in a 10-12. sometimes a fourteen depending on the cut. I was down to 163 and size 10--- but a few bad months didn't help. I love Tracy posts. They are such and inspiration to me. When I see most of the other people on this site most are a lot shorter than we are and it is hard to compare. donna
