Hi Everyone Sorry about last night...we had really bad storms come through and we lost power.  We are getting storms now so I am typing as fast as I can I went to the gym Saturday and Sunday.  Saturday did my Barbell class and Kick boxing. Sunday did my lower body workout.  Yesterday I did my Core class and treadmill... I didn't make it today as I needed a rest day. So my friends, we have some catching up to do....I hope you didn't slack since you didn't see this post   Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Let's get caught up and show we are feeling and looking good!!!  And if you are not we are here to help get your feeling better and get you movin!!! Hi, today was an excellent day for me. I walked on my tredmill for 40 minutes at 2.5 - 3 mph at 0.7 -0.2 incline, burned 210 calories with just that. I wish I could do that every day. You have been doing some major work outs Kathy, how do you stay motivated and find the time? Sher

Hi everyone! I treaded for 45 minutes at 3.5 mph at 15% incline and done stair stepping machine for 10 minutes plus stomach crunches (50) calories burned=514

I did!! 50 minutes on the treadmill. I have a bad blister on my foot so it hurt like mad but I pushed through it. Still doing my 6 days a week faithfully! Have a great day!

Hi everybody, I am new to this board (had surgery 5/06) but think it's great to keep track of exercise and not just food.  I am a big believer that we MUST exercise.  I have lost 103lbs. and have 8lbs to go. I did 1 hour with my trainer yesterday whi*****luded 20 min run, 20 min. strength training, 15 min. circuit exercises (core & balance), 10 min. stretch.  Burned 525 calories. Trish

Well after 8 days off from my bike accident i restarted with 2 miles last night will get back upt to my8 miles daily soon!  but not working out and celebrating a birthday and vacation in there my pants have gotten tighter!  back to working out!  Sheila

   Im happy to say I FINALLY did the 5 mile Leslie Sansone tape tonight!.  We bought it 3 weeks ago, and it has sat on TOP of the dvd player ever since!  LOL   But my daughter and I decided we were going to get off our butts and do it once and for all.  It wasnt as bad as I thought. Now if we can just keep moving...thats half the battle! Have a good night!  deb
