SUGAR BUSTER BUDDIES (T/O, PLATUE DIET, ETC.)
I had started about 3 weeks ago doing modified - trying to drastically up my protein with shakes and a protein/salad a day and try to stay away from carbs. I had dropped about 10 pounds but with some grazing this past week - my total is now down 6. BUT - I feel like I am getting a handle on my carb & sugar cravings - I'm not doing it perfectly - but I do feel like I am making progress. And after almost 5 years post op (with not ever getting to goal) and with a 30 pound regain - I am thankful to be feeling like I am gaining control again. I appreciate all the messages of support we all give each other too!

Hi! Can I join in? I really need to get rid of the evil carb monster. I have found for the past several days I do really good and have no problems until about 3pm. I don't know why that's the magical time that sugar starts calling but I've noticed that's my pattern. Any words of wisdom from those of you that have been successful. I am battling a 20 pound regain. I am going to the beach in 11 weeks and just want to be back in control of my eating so I can feel better about myself. I was telling my husband last night that regaining these 20 pounds and not being able to control my carb intake makes me feel like I am 252 pounds again. I am looking forward to posting with you all! Hello to everyone its been awhile since i've been one here and i've really missed alot. i thought the i was alone and didn't want to post about the sugar, but i'm having a time with it, have not gained YET but afraid,that if i don't do something i will . thanks for this, it helped and let me know that i'm not along. we can conqueor this and end up with the VICTORY.
