Look at it this way - it could have been full fat, extra creamy haagendaaz screaming at you, although giving in to the call twice may have pushed you a little over the top ...Still, I know you've had worse days and you did get in lots of exercise doing all that housework...
Yes today's carbs are definately looking much better, of course the cal total is a bit higher too...Oh well, got to take the good with the bad, right...

Running around all day ....swim lessons.....library...... football practice...etc etc!! Here it is:

SNK: chai w/low fat milk & splenda
LUN: turkey dog & slice of cheese
SNK: low carb slim fast drink
DNR: grilled chicken
I am going to try to keep the carbs down today and the protein higher!!! and I am NOT going to weigh myself!!

You are definately making some great choices...But, I think you need to look at uping your cal totals along with the plan to get protein higher, anything under a 1000 and your body will think you are starving it - in the end that works against you because the body won't let go of what it is getting, it will simply store it all and slow down your metabolism to conserve - this in turn messes up your metabolism for the long term and its hard to get it back up to speed to really burn up what you are eating...A nasty cycle which you don't want to get into, plus I know it does'nt sound right, but upping your cals when you have been that low will actually cause you to lose weight, I've seen it for myself personally and read it on many other posts...Just a suggestion, but you should try it, I promise you will feel better about the outcome and see positive results...
You know I am so confused right now!! I maintained for so long and then gained! I usually always eat low carb and didn't worry about calories and fat and it seemed to work. Now it seems like nothing is helping. LOw carg LOw Fat LOw Calories!! I think my body just misses the gym and is very confused. I see the orthopedic today to see about my ankle surgery!!

well i am late... i did treat myself some since today is no food... just clear liquids. i am having a colonospy done on wed morning. soon have to take more of that yucky fleet soda... :-(

1 hour at hospital gym elippical, killer hand machine, treadmill,weights

Sorry to hear you have to do the colonoscopy but look at it this way, you've made so many changes to be healthy, this is just one more important step to take to keep it that way...

you know what i love to post what i ate. it makes me feel good and i love to look at others foods just to get another idea what to eat. yeah i'm trying to eat right. and i am doing a good job. i just have to keep up the good work since i am the captain of this ship.. hear me now... grrrrrrrrrrr....
i never had a colonoscopy.. i am sure its no fun. why i am having it.. i told my wls dr i am having a sharp pain on the left side of me so he is going to do it tommorow. i just hope something is not to terrable wrong. there has to be a reason why i have this pain. my eating will be somewhat messed up tommorw. i plan on eating lunch at the cafiteria at the hospital but i should be fine. might have to catch up with my water and all. i wont post tommorw. i had tons of liquids.. wrote them all down even did my hand weights... anita
