Hi Deanna, Welcome aboard the Accountability boat, nice to see you come out from behind the bushes ...I'm looking you over and see a good day, don't sweat the burger, sometimes you have to make the best choice available and YOU DID, so be okay with it...Carla is an exercis-o-maniac also, my only advise for now is to remember to need to eat enough cals and carbs for your body to function when you exercise in large numbers, otherwise you will experience stalls in your program, so get enough to make your body happy and find a happy medium point... A day on the beach sounds great, did you go to the Oregon coast?  You have some really beautiful beaches there even if the water is always 57-59 degrees... See if you can punch some numbers into a daily count calculators and report in on Carbs, Cals, Protein and Fat... See ya tomorrow Alesia

Hey Chick Good day for you too, man...So if hubby was working on the dresser does that mean he was staying out of your hair so you can keep you sanity? ... I've never eaten green tomatoes, not even fried and I live in the south, how do they taste?  I would think kinda bitter, but definately meatier in texture the the ripe red ones...No protein in dinner except a little cheese, did I read that right or did you forget to list it?...Ended up with goo numbers, like me you run a little high on carbs which is a good thing when you work out regular like you do with your almost daily treading, the bod needs those carbs to function well - I know for myself, this is OK too, I need the extra carbs and fat to keep my scale steady... I'm rootin' for ya, keep up the great job !  Alesia

Hey, girlie!  The fried green tomatoes were scarily wonderful!!!  He coated them w/plain cornmeal and cooked them in oil.  I only had 3 small slices - but wouldn't make them a regular thing since they're fried.  They were so yummy, though!!  And you read it right - just an ounce of cheese for protein - but it all works out in the wash. And, yes, he was out of my hair most of the day Sat. AND Sun.!!  Woohoo!!  LOL  I love him to death - but man, he makes me wonder how I function w/o him here to give me his "helpful" hints!  LOL Have a great day and keep up the good work!  Love ya'!!!

Hugs,
Connie

Hi Sher, A day at the beach sure sounds great ...We only live about 45 minutes from a nice beach on the NC outerbanks, but sorry to say, have not made it down yet once this summer to enjoy the sun and the sand, shooting for a day one weekend this month...

I struggled with protein too the last couple of days, had to add something in at the very end of the day and still not all that great...Its a work in progress, and since I don't duplicate the same foods every day it still takes effort to get it exactly right every day, still I would rather vary my diet and keep working the program...

I know you will get back on track for Tuesday, you know what to do ...Alesia
