This is the start of week 4 of my getting back on track and I got on the scale this morning to see 11 pounds gone! We CAN do it people!! I had a great workout this morning. Have a great day!!
Great job! I am really struggling right now with a 6 lb weight gain and eating crap that I haven't eaten in 3 years. Can you post examples of what you have been eating over the past few days ?
