Congratulations  on reaching this next milestone and keeping almost all the weight off that you lost initially...The thing I fear most is waking up one day ravenous and suddenly putting back on everything I've lost, I am determined NOT to let this happen and will take whatever steps are necessary to keep myself on track...I understand 10-15% bounce back is pretty common after the 2 year mark, I'm there now, so we shall see...As for you, YOU'VE DONE GREAT !...Keep working your program, those last 50 are still within your reach, you still have a great tool just keep using it Alesia

i am a young grandma of two. Best feeling in the world. I relate to the weight loss too. I am 4 years out and still have 40 lbs to go. After gaining 12 I joined the gym and have been able to get about 9 lbs off. Today... it is more about trying to kill those bad habits I seemed to gravitate back into and excercising. We can do it... you can do it. I have custody of my grandaughter who is 16. She has about 40 lbs to lose... and we talk about "eating healthy" .. not dieting. Good luck.. and you are not alone.

Congratulations on all the great things that has happened in the past 4 years. I have to tell you though that becomeing a grandmother will be one of the most blessed events could happen. It may even eclispe weight loss. Just be careful not too hug them too hard . I have six and they are growing up so fast . Just enjoy all of it because time does fly!!!!
