Accountability, What did you eat, Friday 7/6?
Hi Everyone, its the Weekend
Yesterday was kinda funky for me...Started out pretty well, but at some point my bod and mind just decided I was not getting enough to eat and started dropping signals to eat more, of course, I was trying to stave it off, so I just kept snacking instead of just going ahead and really eating a meal, made for a bad day in my eyes, totals were not terrible, I just did not like how I felt about the whole eating experience on Friday...
B - small sf zucchini muffin
1 oz honey roasted cashews
S - 20 1/2 caf sf/ff fv & caramel latte
L - a slice of quiche
1 sf brownie
S - 2 sf peanutbutter cups
S - 1 almond m & m
S - 4 sf peanutbutter wafer cookies
D - 1/2 a vodka tonic
couple bites caesar salad
1 croissant
2 1/2 oz meatloaf
1/4 cup garlic mashed potatoes
S - 1 protein ball
PLUS - 80 oz water/crystal light
TOTALS = cals 1420 fat 77 carbs 123 Protein 82
Off to the "croaker festival" then out to dinner at the end of the day, rolling with lots of water and a couple of protein supplements to make it through the day

finally i am here.. i am doing good. i am trying like i tell my husband i have to be the captain.. hmmm i wonder where i got that from. well any ways today the scale said 156 pounds... it moved one.... that is so great. not sure about the calories and all for what i ate. plus i hope i had enough protein. hope you have a good weekend. we are going to a family picnic today. 12 spears aspagus (thats a serving) frozen
1 oz. veletta cheese
S- 1/2 c. homemade applesauce
S- 1/2 c. sf vanilla sunday
peanut butter,nuts, whipped cream, cherry
20 oz. def. coffee
94 oz. plain water

I did better, but I felt like I was eating all day. I even went and plugged it all into Fitday so I could add up all of my totals.

Great day, especially the protein, wooowhooo ...Croaker is a small fish caught in eastern north carolina's coastal region...Like all rural areas, this is a weekend to celebrate this local fish phenomenon and have a parade...It was hotter than hades, but a great way to spend a summer day, later in the afternoon we had a summer storm blow thru and bring breezes and rain to cool things down...

I was eating like a pig yesterday and I am not sure why.. I think it is getting close to that time of the month.. well the carbs are way up..hehehe.. see what happens when you think about something.

I was on a carb fest and fruit fest.. i love fruit and summer is just the best time to go for it cause of the weather...
Totals calories ...1,347, carbs... 116 , fat..44, protein... 125 at least the calories stayed where they were suppose to.. lol..

Carbs weren't too bad if you take into account how many came from the fruit, which are good carb choices and really does not look like you over did it on any one choice...Awesome protein totals ...Keep working the program, the numbers look right and this will translate into helping you maintain now that you've reached 125...

Well, yesterday sucked for me - BUT I made the choices so that's that! LOL
B - 1 WW nsa oatmeal w/2 T ground flax, 1/2 c ff milk, banana
S - 1 pack pb on wheat crackers, AchievONE
L - 3 Triscuits w/2 T guacomole, sf Jell-O cup, 2 sf Werthers, 1 pack O'Coco's, 1/4 of a cantalope
S - 1/2 c sf ff homemade tapioca pudding, AchievONE
D - (here's where I went to Hell in a handbasket!) 8 shrimp scampi on 1/2 c wild rice, 1.5 oz. salad w/2 T lf TI dressing, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie
S - (and here's where I dipped further into Hell!!) 2 c nsa lf triple chocolate ice cream (it was SCREAMING at me!!)
Plus I drank 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 24 oz ff sf hot cocoa w/ff RW, 16 oz decaf diet green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke and I treaded for 30 minutes and did light weights for 30 minutes. (At least I did SOMETHING good!!

It sounds like a really nice and quite healthy dinner even with the butter in the scampi sauce...Got to have meals like this once and a while and usually you REALLY do well with your full meal choices, so don't worry about this one this time, it all balances out in the end, even the icecream ( at least it was nsa)
You're report for me tomorrow will be better, cause you'll be more concious of your choices after going overboard ( a little) on Friday...

Well, I have am trying to get myself back on track. I have been eating a lot of crap especially this past month. Gained five pounds. Here is what I ate yesterday. I started using Fitday again.

B- 1 SB southwestern breakfast wrap
S- small slice fat free turkey breast, 1/2 banana, 1 carb sugar contol yogurt
L- 1/2 ham lunchables
S nectar protein lemon tea
Supper- 1/2 grilled chicken ceasar salad w 1 tbs ceasar dressing
10pm nectar protein lemon tea
S- 1 mini bag fat free popcorn, 1/2 banana, 2 tbs peanut butter
