Ok, I went to the gym today but didn't feel so energized. I think it's the heat and we don't have it as bad as our brothers and sisters in the west...BUT...I hear it's on the way!!!

Hey Girlie! I walked 6 miles again today, 3 this morning and 3 this evening and am going dancing with my handsome hubby in about an hour. As of this morning I was 129. Only dipped below that once since my surgery and that was last October when I hit 128.5 when my Mom died.

Yep, glad it's Friday! Sure was a super-hot one down here in southern IL--but what can ya expect in July?!
This morn., I went to the gym and did my step aerobic class and then did 20 min. of lower body weight training. This evening, went for a bike ride w/ a couple friends for about 45 min.
Kick boxing . . . that sounds so impressive! You amaze me with your enthusiasm and dedication to such a strong & varied exercise regimen!!

Hi Kathy, got in some strength training using bands and light hand weights. Need to build some calorie burning muscle.
