Hi.  It's a mental thing as well as physical thing though, or I know it is with me when I miss my exercise or know I have not eaten right, even when the weight stays the same.  Once I get back on track I feel better physically and mentally and you will too.  WE are very important and must put ourselves in the mix of busy life no matter what. I know you're right April! I feel like I weigh 300lbs, literally!!! Now that's a mental thing for sure, but it still makes me feel so terrible. I just wonder sometimes why I even allow myself to get off track in the first place?!?!?!?!

Tracy, it is so easy for us to let things slide when we so many other things going on. Don't be so hard on yourself. I know that you will get back on track and feel better soon.
