Lost Track of Myself
Hi. It's a mental thing as well as physical thing though, or I know it is with me when I miss my exercise or know I have not eaten right, even when the weight stays the same. Once I get back on track I feel better physically and mentally and you will too. WE are very important and must put ourselves in the mix of busy life no matter what.
