Hi, Alesia!!  Hubby's been home since Tuesday so I'm ready for next week!     B - Western Alternative Bagel w/Smart Balance and sf jam, banana S - 8 oz nsa lf blueberry yogurt, AchievONE L - nsa ice cream sandwich, O'Coco's, AchievONE, sf Jell-O cup, 2 sf Werthers S - wildberry Power Crunch bar at the movies D - 20 oz ff sf decaf cinnamon dolce latte', Greek salad from Panera Bread w/whole grain baguette (which is why my calories and fat are up)       sf fudgie when we got home S - 1 oz apple chips, 7 lf cheese cubes Plus I had 66 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz decaf diet green tea, 20 oz sf ff hot cocoa w/ff RW and we walked for 45 minutes at the mall. Have a great weekend!!!

There I go again!! Total calories - 1991 fat - 84g (yikes!!); carb - 209g; prot - 104g

Hello Darling... What are you going to do when the DH retires, you'll have to go out and get a job just to save your sanity ... Hey, have you looked at my fat and carb numbers, by comparision to the total cals you eat vs. what I eat you are not way off the chart at all...But, as I have said to others, its really about what works for you, I know I need higher numbers in both to stay at my maintanence level, if I cut but then I start losing again and now that I'm back to my fighting weight I really want to just stay here... How was Evan Almighty?  Have an outstanding weekend...Keeping workin' your program, you are doing just GREAT !!  Alesia

Thanks, Alesia!  You are SO sweet!!!!   "Evan Almighty" was SO cute!!  Of course, I LOVE both Steve Carell and Lauren Graham so I might be prejudiced!  LOL  It was really funny, though - I loved it!! Have a wonderful weekend!!!

Had my first chinese food in a long time, tasted good. Looks like I will get many more meals out of it, unless my DH gets at it. But I won't make this a habit, especially after I tracked the nutrition values

I'm with you on the chinese food Sher, Don't do it often, just doesn't taste good enough to make it worth the count, maybe if I just made it at home...You still checked in pretty well though, so don't stress it, just enjoy the moment(s) See ya late on Saturday?  Alesia
