Snacks?
Hi Wanda, What I've found works best is what is right for me, every one has to customize a program that fits their needs and helps them maintain their loss or keep loosing depending on where they are...For me its meals and snacks, usually a total of 6 a day, but you need to see what works best for you, we are all different, not cut from the same cutter... As for the skin, the hanging stuff will not really get better without some help from a surgeon, you'll probably either need to look into a good garmet to tuck it all up under or a good PS to cut if all off... Congrats, you are almost a 1 year grad and you've come a long way... Alesia
I do three meals and a snack because of when I eat. I am an early riser, so breakfast is about 6:00. Then I have lunch at noon. I like to eat dinner somewhat late otherwise I will wake up at 3:00 a.m. hungry. So I tend to have a snack when I get home around 5:00 and have dinner around 7:00.
I do better when I am regular about my eating schedule, so I try to stick with this.
And as for the skin, yep, it's going to take a surgeon. Sorry.

I do best with 5-6 mini meals per day so I guess you could call a few of those snacks. It helps to keep my blood sugars level throughout the day so I don't feel those "highs" and "lows". I try to make sure that its higher in protein whether its a snack or a meal.
Ahhh, the excess skin!!! I have found with exercise that it has helped somewhat, but it really just depends on your genetic makeup, skin elasticity, etc. If you get any rashes or sores be sure to document everything in case you chose to do ps down the line!
Good Luck and Congratulations on all of your success!!!!!!!!!!!!!
