Advice on Protein Supplements

Hi Lisa, My favorite of all liquid protein supplements is Unjury (www.unjury.com).  You can order from sample packs to canisters.  It's the best tasting liquid protein out there, in my opinion.  There is no funky taste or smell at all.  I have not tried their new chicken broth flavor, but all the others are great.  I mix the unflavored with Crystal Light.  I mix the others with milk, but you can mix them with plain water.  I have also mixed the chocolate with lukewarm coffee.  Good luck in finding something that works for you. Unjury protein is not available at any store.  You can only order it from www.unjury.com.  It tastes very good, doesn't have that weird smell, and mixes easily.  I still use a shaker cup, but the directions say you can mix with a spoon.
