GREAT day Connie ... I'm definately noticed a downward trend on your calorie totals while keeping the protein up and you really do great keeping the fat grams low ...You do still remember to post your totals, dingy, you just remember a little after the fact, so no smacking around, OK... Happy 4th! Had a quiet day at home, it was cool and damp. As you will see below I had a bit of grazing on those bad carbs, not as bad as it would of been in the old days but.....

Its OK Sher, We all have these days, you do sooo good, you probably really needed a splurge day and I know in the long run its not going to affect you adversely...You still made really great food choices, just added in a few extra snacks and your overall numbers are not totally out of wack...Did you get out to see any fireworks?  We went down to the rivers to BBQ with friends and then watched from their dock, it was fun...I too took a little splurge and had a small (!!) piece of cake, it was quite tasty and tempting to take more, but I know how that real sugar puts me in a tailspin so I resisted ... Gosh, I really have my days screwed up!!!  I thought I posted this already!!! 2 c. coffee with ff creamer B-low sugar oatmeal packet, 1 morningstar sausage patty, 1/2 egg white, 1/2 boiled egg S-light and fit yogurt, 1/2 glazed doughnut (what the heck happened here?  old habits and snatched it back in the break room!!!) L-Stouffer's Green Pepper Steak S-nectar drink D-slice 2% cheese, 1 c. broccoli, 3 oz. roast chicken no skin TOTALS:  Cals - 987   Fat - 23        Carbs - 99          Protein - 98

hmm, Breakfast (late) .....1 cup of raisin bran with skim milk, but I did not eat it all Lunch...(early dinner, so no lunch really)  fresh cherries, about 10 Propel (went swimming) Snack, Sugar Free fudge pop Dinner (early)...grilled london broil with sauted mushrooms/onions- 4 bites, salad-3 bites, rice-2 bites. Dessert, sugar free lemon pudding pie with a tiny bit of whipped spray cream, teeny tiny slice, like 3 bites. After Fireworks:  Venti Sugar Free Vanilla, Non Fat Latte from Starbucks,  Fresh Cherries,....about 6 of them,  4 saltine crackers (I eat them when I am nauseated),  Propel Vitamins and Milk of Magnesia....when I feel heavy or like I have gained weight, I have to use MOM to keep me regular. I have gained about 5-7 pounds since my breast implants which weigh 2 pounds.  I don't know why I am gaining weight lately??  I am not over eating, but maybe I am low on my protein??  Sometimes if I raise the protein, and cut the carbs back a little bit, I will lose. Hi Deborah, You a good day for, handled the holiday really well, congratulations ...I use MOM too several times a week to help keep things moving ( my NUT suggested it early on and I still use it)...Don't feel like The Lone Ranger when it comes to putting a few after surgery, I put on like 9 following my BL/BA, just now finally just getting back to my original "fighting weight", you'll get there too, it just takes a bit for the body to get used to new things...

Hey Linda, I was just trying to work out the stats on the wonderful quiche recipie you posted for me...can you tell me total cals, fat, carbs, protein per serving...Please post it on today (7/5) accountability post...

Now on to you...What a great day for food, you do really good at keeping up with great food choices and have stayed right on track with limiting the fats and bad carbs, would like to say I was doing such a great job in these areas myself, but I know I have strayed in both fat intake and carb choices , your my hero...So far has not affected me, we will see how it proceeds over time...
