Post on the DS board by a lapbander

Oh geesh! I had the rny 4 years ago and yep I've gained back a whopping ten pounds. SO WHAT!  I'll gladly take the ten pounds cause I'm still at a healthy weight. The weight regain was NOT because of the type of surgery that i chose either. It was due to me not doing what i was supposed to be doing. Weight gain can occur with lapband,DS,or rny if you are not following the program. I can't understand people who feel it neccessary to spout off about which surgery is better than the other when they all have there positives and negatives and the only qualifying factor should be which option works for that individual persons needs.
