So you think Exercise doesn't help?
I tend to do it all in one shot. I bought my treadmill in January and began with 2 miles, then bumped up to 3 and then 4. I don't always do 4 miles - usually my body tells me how much it can handle. When I'm working, I also tend to walk back and forth to work (about 25 minutes each way).

I am donig 3 miles a day and lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks. Doesn't sound like a lot.. b ut to me its the world! Also.. walking early... makes me drink more water and sets the tone for the day. I am less apt to graze when I am walking. And guess what.. I moved all the crackers out of my desk at work.. all the pretzals and those bad things that I was living on. Good luck.. and thanks for the walk reminder!
