So you think Exercise doesn't help?
Hello,
I wanted to share a quick story with you. I have a friend that is going to celebrate her 5th anniversary this fall and has put on a few pounds.... Haven't we all!!!
She pretty much wrote what she ate down, drank her water and got most of her protein in, she followed the rules pretty well. She decided to get real and admitted the one area she was not doing was exercising....
She has added this to her daily agenda and guess what? She has dropped 6 lbs!!! YIPEE!!!!!
So my friends if you are doing all the right things to get back on track and it's not happening, maybe this is the one missing link!!!
Get moving my friends!!!

I AM HAPPY TO ADD THAT I HAVE WALKED EVERY DAY SINCE MY SURGERY 19 MONTHS AGO, AND I BELIEVE THAT IS WHAT HAS ADDED TO MY WONDERFUL WEIGHTLOSS OF 110LB AND BEING ABLE TO MAINTAIN IT FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS. I HAVE ADDED OTHER EXCERSISES BUT WALKING IS MY MAIN ONE AND I LOVE IT. I NOT ONLY FEEL PHYSICALLY GOOD BUT EMOTIONALLY AS WELL.

I love to dance! I love to ride horses! I am taking lessons in both. It is costly but it is an investment into my life. I want to add more dance classes too. There is a theater dance school here that I am taking Irish dance in and I think I may pick up tap and broadway dance this fall. Finding a form of exercise you like helps so much!! I lost 20 lbs that I had gained and I am feeling so much better. I need to practice though, that is my downfall. Yikes!

It totally makes a difference. If I get on my treadmill and do my 4 miles a day, I can easily lose 3 lbs in one week!! If I'm eating "perfectly" that is.
Those that have had wls, are really doing themselves a disservice if they don't do exercise. You can lose SOOOO much faster.
