Long-Term Post-Ops, Please Read

I had my Royx-en-Y surgery in November, 2002.  I have had a very stressful two years and in turn have managed to gain 30 lbs. back.  I am so depressed and have been doing my bes****ching what I eat for the last two weeks and the scale isn't budging.  In fact, my clothes feel even more snug today then ever!  I'm nearly hopeless. I would love if there is anyone else out there that is a successful, long-term post-op patient that would be willing to email me and discuss with me what they're doing. I am willing to share my experiences with you...however I need more information. 1.  Did you experience a successful weight loss (your definition of success is the only one that matters in this case)? 2.  How did you lose weight (other than you relied on your pouch to tell you that you were full)? 3.  Were you able to maintain a weight that was reasonable, healthy, and comfortable...and if so, for what length of time? 4.  What are you doing different today than when you considered yourself successful?
