Accountability - What did you eat, Sunday 7/1?
Hello and Good Morning to All !
Welcome to Monday morning and to July, 1/2 the year is officially gone...Sunday was a pretty good day for me, overall quite happy with how I handled my food choices, did graze too much and made pretty good food choices...Got up early and made a bog breakfast for the family, which I also ate some of ( usually skip these breakfasts 'cuz of the carbs), I traded up and did a lite lunch to offset the breakfast treat...
Pre B - 7 oz blueberry yogurt smoothie
B - 1 orange roll
1/2 a cherry turnover
3 slices bacon
L - 10oz chocolate/coconut Protein on the Go
2 sf peanut butter candies
S - 20 oz 1/2 caf sf/ff cinnamon dulce latte
2 sf peanutbutter wafer cookies
licked the bowl after making sf brownies
D - 3 oz "I got a life" chicken
1/4 cup rice and sauce
1 cup mixed salad with herb vinegrette
S - sf mocha egg custard
1 sf peppermint
PLUS - 70 oz water/crystal light
TOTALS = Cals - 1341 Fat - 54 Carbs - 119 Protein - 94

just letting you know i am alive after camping. it was a fun 4 days. got lots of sunburn...
i did fairly well with eating at camp but not tons of water since we had cooler so i didnt drink that much. now i have to stop grazing. yes i guess i can call that grazing. i havent been doing fitday since we now have dialup to save money and it loads so slow that its crazy doing fitday. but i should write things down if i dont use fitday. i plan on starting tommorow (tues) and writing things down. i am going to a wls meeting tonight so hope it will be good. see you soon. anita

Glad you made it out of the woods alive ...I know you are going to get right back to being THE CAPTAIN of your ship now that you can have some control...You did good to keep writing it all down even without Fitday as a tracking device, just writing it helps to control it...

Hi, Alesia! We were BUSY yesterday!! Met our youngest daughter in Charlotte at Discovery Place to see "Body Worlds". Yikes - very interesting in a creepy way! Then we went to Southpark Mall and while Stacy shopped, Pete and I did 3 laps which took an hour 'cause this is a HUGE mall!!! Then I did some shopping w/both of them. I walked my tail off!!!
B - 1 serving oatmeal w/2 T ground flax, 1/2 c ff milk, banana
S - 8 oz nsa lf blueberry yogurt, AchievONE
L - 1 pb Power Crunch bar
S - venti ff sf decaf cinnamon dolce' latte' , 1 vanilla almond biscotti
D - 1/2 of a chicken Mexican salad at The Village Tavern
S - 2 c nsa lf vanilla ice cream w/1/2 c blueberries, sf fudgie
My water intake wasn't great: 58 oz water, 14 oz half decaf coffee, 12 oz cf Diet Coke and 14 oz sf ff hot cocoa w/ff RW and we walked for at LEAST 60 minutes at the mall plus all of Discovery Place and Body Worlds!!
Total - 1933 calories fat - 58g; carbs - 248g; protein - 127g

Hi Connie, Mall exercise is THE BEST kind of exercise to do, go to love anything that has to do with shopping...Looks like you had pretty good food day too, in addition to being a walk-o-maniac at the mall...What was in the mexican chicken salad - think it could be done at home?

Hi, Alesia! Let's see: it was served on a sort of thickish tortilla and had lettuce, black beans, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, tomatoes, guacomole, and grilled chicken. It was real good!!! I got 2 meals out of it and then had to throw some away. Very filling!! Hope this helps!!

better late than never all.. i couldnt track my food but knew I needed to add some protein this day...
B- eggs and cheese... that never happened before
S- protein bar
L- top off of slice of pizza
S- Ice cream bar SF of course
D- 3 oz of beef and chicken fajitas with guc. and cheese on it.
S- yes ice cream again.. and protein balls... dont you love RV's... only time you can camp and eat your ice cream at the same time.
I figure I ate about 1100 cals and 100 protein... will be getting back on spark people now that I am home.

Did you have a great trip? I hope so...It's weird the stuff that makes you barf, occasionally I will on something I've been eating forever and cannot figure out what causes it, guess its just one of those idiocincricies (sp?) of the pouch, just got to live with it...After the barfing episode you did pretty good at getting back on track and catching up the lost protein, so good job...
