serious head trip from family, insight, advice please?

Yes, it's so weired, I was just going along and that one comment just seemed to bring me to break my stride, but I decided, no more! I This has been since May and I have been in this fog about myself. WORDS, just words...that I gave to much power and CONTROL! my husband said the same thing as yours and my mom says to please God and just stay healthy. I don't plan to get any smaller. I am happy were I am...that's just it, HAPPY, free from the prision of being overweight for so long, God has delivered me, and I need to and had better get it together ASAP
