One more day on the weekend and today I plan to get some baking done...Going to try the new quiche recipe one of the other posters put up for me and also going to try a sugar free brown mix from Big Train, hope they both turn out good...
Last night DH and I went out to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary...Had a really nice meal at a very romantic and a little pricey italien bistro with lots of ambience...
B - 2 protein balls

1/2 cup caesar salad

1/3 a slice of cheese batard with olive tapenade
1 lf sugar cookie

2 oz veal romani ( kinda like marsala with artichoke hears added in)

Sorry I'm late posting - we were gone from 8 yesterday morning til 7:30 last night and I didn't touch the computer!!
B - AchievONE, 1 pack pb on wheat crackers
S - 1 whole wheat waffle w/Smart Balance and sf syrup, banana, 7 lf cheese cubes
L - 1 T pb, 1 pack O'Coco's, 2 sf Werthers, 1/2 c watermelon chunks
S - Smart One fettucine alfredo w/broccoli, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie
D - 1/4 c almonds, 1/2 c grapes, AchievONE
S - 1 oz multigrain nachos w/1 oz lf shredded cheese and salsa, 1/2 c cherries
Plus I drank 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 21 oz diet lemonade from Chick-fil-A, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 24 oz sf ff hot cocoa w/ff RW and I treaded for 60 minutes.
Total - 1679 fat - 56g; carbs - 198 g; protein - 93g
