Hi All! I've been waiting ever so impatiently this last month to become a "Grad!"  I finally had my one year anniversary on June 28th.  I think that makes me a grad?? Right?  At any rate I just wanted to say hello!  I'm so happy to meet you all.  I'm trying very carefully to figure out what my maintanence diet should be.  I've never really known a normal diet....just pigging out and starving.  LOL...your posts are such a help to me!  Have a great weekend! Christie

Congratulations Christie and Welcome! I know what you mean about not knowing what normal eating is~obviously I've never been good at "maintenance mode" or I wouldn't have ended up at 328lbs!!!! Figuring out a maintenance program is difficult and I used alot of trial and error before I figured out what worked for me. Wishing you continued success!!!!!!!
