Hello to One and All, Today was simply crazy from start to end...Here it is 10 pm and I'm on OH for the 1st time today...Sorry to all my posting regulars...I'm posting Thursday and getting a jump on tomorrow by posting this late on Friday night for Friday too...Will be back to do Saturdays food on Sunday morning and will check in on Saturday to see how ya'll did without me for a day Thursday : B - 10 oz choc/coconut Protein on the Go S - medium banana with 2 tbsp peanutbutter L - 20oz decaf sf/ff hazelnut and caramel latte       1 sugar cookie S - 1 peanut butter and jelly cookie        2 prunes D - 1/4 spaghetti with couple tbsp sauce and 4 meatballs        1/2 a slice cheese toast S - 1 sugar cookie        protein hot cocoa with reddi whip PLUS - 70 oz water/crystal light TOTAL  =     Cals - 1303     Fat - 50     Carbs - 140     Protein - 85 Thursday was an OK day, to many carbs but other wise satisfactory... Went crazy today (Friday)  Just way off the chart and currently feeling a little sickly, like a mild case of dumping coming on, though not sure what caused it... B - 10 oz choc/strawberry protein frappachino S - 1 sf peanut butter cup       4 oz cottage cheese       snak size sf jello L - 1/2 cup chicken salad eaten on 20 soy crisps       1 mini 1000 grand candy bar S - 3 almond m & m's       1 peanutbutter and jelly cookie D - 1/3 cup caesar salad        2 garlic chicken wingettes        1/2 a smothered chicken breast ( with cheddar, bacon and mushrooms on top)        1/3 a slice italien toasted bread         1 fried mozzerella cheese stick S - 1 protein ball       1 peanut butter and jelly cookie PLUS - 76 oz water/crystal light and 6 oz unsweet tea w/ splenda & lemon TOTALS  =     Cals - 1781     Fat - 100     Carbs - 98   Protein - 128 Man, I'm off to bed where I hope to ward off the desire to, not a good day by indication of how I'm feeling right now... Hi Gina, Welcome in to accountability and yes, as far as I'm concerned this is VERY good for me, I do much better a****ching what I'm eating when I am accountable to someone besides myself, hence this post was started... I have great admiration for anyone doing the Plateau Buster (PB)or TimeOut (TO) plans...I just don't know if I could stick with a limited plan for any length of time when my body does not make me...You are doing fantastic on the PB by the way ...Is it getting you the result you wanted? Either renewed loss or detox from bad carbs and refined sugars...Looks too like you are getting plenty of mouth activity, I think its just that the cals don't chalk up to sooo many when you cut out the carbs and sugars, you certainly are getting enough protein... Keep coming back to post and keep up the great job...  Alesia

Poor Alesia .  I hope you feel better today.  I had a pretty good 2 days and I lost another .4 so I'm pretty happy today. Thursday: B - 1 light multigrain English muffin w/Smart Balance and sf jam, banana S - 1 pack pb on wheat crackers, AchievONE L - 3/4 oz Munster cheese, 1/2 c watermelon chunks, sf Jell-O cup, 1 pack O'Coco's, 2 sf Werthers S - 1 oz multigrain nacho chips w/2 T guacomole, AchievONE D - rest of cranberry walnut chicken salad from Garfield's, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie, 1 c yellow squash grilled S - 3 Triscuits w/2 T squirt cheese, 1/2 c grapes Plus I had 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz decaf diet green tea, 16 oz regular sf tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 12 oz diet cream and orange soda, 12 oz sf ff hot cocoa w/ff RW and I treaded for 60 minutes. Total calories - 1597        fat - 49 g; carbs - 188 g; protein - 89 g Friday: B - 1 packet ls oatmeal w/2 T ground flax, 1/2 c ff milk, banana S - 8 oz nsa lf peach yogurt, AchievONE L - 1 T pb and 1 T sf grape jelly on 1 slice double fiber wheat bread, sf Jell-O cup, 1 pack O'Coco's, 2 sf Werthers, 1/2 c watermelon chunks S - 1/2 c cherries, 3/4 oz Munster cheese, AchievONE D - 3 oz salad w/3 oz shrimp, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie, 1 c yellow squash grilled S - 2 c nsa lf vanilla ice cream w/ff RW Plus I had 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz decaf diet green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke and 14 oz sf ff hot cocoa w/ff RW and I treaded for 30 minutes and did 30 minutes of light weights.  Connie, you are doing awesome...I'm HAPPY  (note big cheesy smile of happiness) to hear you are down close to another 1/2 lb...You go, go, go girl !!!  Friday was JUST crazy, was happy to get in the bed and just plain pass out cold, it was that exhausting both mentally and physically and I could really tell it by what I kept putting into my mouth to keep myself going... That good ole  stress demon was definately plaguing me all day and I'm still working out how to conquer the desire to put in food to eleviate stress... Hey, but enough about me...Glad you are doing sooo very well...Good job ...See ya tomorrow...Alesia

Yesterday wasn't that bad eating wise but for some reason I was up 4 pounds when I got up this morning! :O B- 4 egg whites and 1 slice wheat bread L- 1 chicken breast boneless and skinless, 6 slices cucumber, 2 cherry tomatoes, 1 oz. mozzarella fat free cheese and 1 cup lettuce S- Small piece of yellow cake with whip topping ----- D- Grilled chicken salad 10 french fries and 3 pieces grilled shrimp Plus: 128 oz water and crystal light and 60 minutes on treadmill going 3-4 mph, 30 minutes weights  Total: Calories-1,001      Carb-66         Fat-31       Protein-115 What happened? Water weight maybe' Hope so!!  Everyone have a great night!!!

Hi Tabatha, Man, that stinks, I hate it when the scale moves up and I cannot put a finger on why...Of course you already nailed the real question, could it be water?...Or even, has this been happening regular, could be that too...Or maybe, Aunt Flo is coming? Anyway,  I think you did great with your food choices...Keep up the good work, the scale WILL reflect your efforts once again... Alesia

Alesia I hope your day was better and less stressful. Those nasty stress demons haunt us all at times. I wish I knew how to stop them.

Did better with my water today, which I needed to do. My totals are a little low

Hey Sher, You are on target too ...Good food choices but I think maybe just not enough to eat, you usually have a bit more listed, and always OK to add another protein snack to help the numbers... Remembering to eat, well that's got to do with how busy I am and how much I ate the day before...Still don't really FEEL hunger most of the time, but do realize it must be time to eat or eat do still have something, sometimes, just because it sounds good ...
