You can find references to it in the Q&A section of OH...my understanding is that it is 2 quarts of water a day, 65 g. protein supplement, your vitamins and minerals supplement, up to 3 oz. of high protein food such as beef, pork, turkey, fish, eggs, low fat cottage cheese, plain yogurt, peanut butter?, and then unlimited sugar free items like popsicles, tea, coffe, green tea, jello, brooth. Also 16 oz. green tea first thing in the morning for detox purposes.
