Hello, I am 4 yrs post  op from RYN distal  and recently started  "time out", I will have plastic surgery in about 1.5 months and want to make sure that I take all the vitamins that I should be taking. I have been pretty bad and stoped taking them 2 years ago. any advice would be helpful.

I hope you  get more responses from those who are way more vitamin-savvy than I am!  All I take each day are 2 Centrum Chewables and 1000-1500 mg. of calcium citrate (I take BlueBonnet liquid Calcium Magnesium Citrate).  In addition, once a week I take 2500 mcg. of B12 (sublingual tabs from Walmart).  I am not the world's most faithful w/ my vits, but this is what I aim for.  So far my labs have been in the normal ranges.   My surgeon, nut., and pcp have not had me add anything else so far.  I would say my regimen is about the most minimal/basic, so others will probably give you more info. Best of luck with your plastics!

Always,
Jo

I'm almost 6 years out and I've been taking these vitamins for about five years now.  I LOVE them because they are better than any other WLS vitamin on the market and I RARELY get sick anymore!  Here's the link: www.bariatricsupplementsystem.com Blessings,
