Accountability - What did you eat, Monday 6/25?
Hi Alesia!! My calories were up again but I think I was still beating myself up for this weekend and the Pure Protein bars are TOO good. I guess some things just can't be in my house. I should just accept that!!! Your day looked great and I'm like you - love quiche and that diet pumpkin pie sounds good too! 2 cups coffee with fat free creamer B-1/2 ham, egg, and cheese sandwich, 1/2 pure protein bar S-Pure Protein Bar peanut butter and chocolate L-3 oz. chicken breast, 1/2 c. green beans, 1/2 c. fresh strawberries S-Pure Protein Bar chocolate chip D-1/4 c. ff chicken gravy, 1 slice wheat bread, 3 oz. chicken, 1 c. squash S-1/2 c. watermelon Totals: calories - 1379 fat - 47 carbs - 102 protein - 144
Yesterday I did much better at staying on track.. at least til dinner but that wasnt to bad either.
B-protein shake

L- almost chicken thing at Millies.. 3 oz chicken with low fat cheese and veggies..
S- protein balls
D- went to a buffet for dinner with the family... i had 3 oz of roast beef. 3 bites of a bake potato and 3 bites of a salad.
S- ice cream
