Fat Intake
I've been keeping track of my food for almost a week now on fitday.com. The glaring issue seems to be my fat intake! I was totally unaware of how much fat I was taking in. At least I think it is a lot...what is the fat limit for you all? I'm doing a good job of keeping my carbs down and I mostly eat whole grains. My protein is ok, not great, so I'll work on that but those fats.... Suzie
Hmmmm, I don't really track my fat intake either~Just protein and calories. I watch my carbs and try to make them the good ones~I require some carbs b/c of my workout schedule. Most of the fat I get would probably be from cheese and salad dressing so I think I'm probably ok. I'll have to check back here and see what everyone has to say on this issue.

Hi Suzie -
The same thing happened to me - I was unaware of my fat intake until I began tracking on fitday and showed to my nut. I was eating cheese on everything and for snacks and 2 servings of salad dressing on my salad!!! My weight loss was stalled also. Now that my intake is lower (fat) I've started losing again.
Good luck!!! It's great you started to track!!
Hi, Suzie! I've been doing Fitday, too. I don't know what the fat intake should be but mine runs around 40 grams. I've noticed my carbs are high - but I do whole grain most of the time. I have cut back on some stuff to see if that'll make a difference. It's all very frustrating at times! Best of luck to you!! And congrats on losing again!!

Connie
