Amen, Alesia!  I totally agree!!  And I, also, didn't think my weekend choices were that bad - but my calorie count yesterday sucked!  Onward and forward!! B - 1 serving oatmeal w/2 T ground flax, 1/2 c ff milk, banana S - 1 pack pb on wheat crackers, AchievONE L - 1/2 c ff cottage cheese w/1/2 c blueberries, 1 pack O'Coco's, 2 sf Werthers, 1 sf Jell-O cup S - wildberry Power Crunch bar, AchievONE D - 1 serving Beanie Weanie (there's part of the culprit ), sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie, 1/2 c sugar snap peas S - 2 c nsa lf vanilla ice cream w/ff RW Plus I had 65 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz diet decaf green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 16 oz sf ff hot cocoa w/ff RW and I walked the mall for 45 minutes and did 30 minutes of light weights. Total calories - 2006 fat - 60 g; carbs - 259 g; protein - 123 g

Alesia, you are not alone. I find myself making the right choices and then again there are times I make not the best choices. I believe that most of us will have to work at keeping off the weight the rest of our lives. There will be good days and days we stumble a bit. As long as we get up and start again we can succeed. We can never give up.

For me the journey to get to this point in my life where I can finally start to live again and not sit by the wayside and watch others enjoy life is something I hope to never forget.

Today I was blessed to spend the day with my 6 year old grandson. I took him to the beach. The trip was so much easier than one year ago. He had a great time and so did I. Life's little pleasures are just the best.
