New to time out. Day three
I started time out. I am halfway through day three. I am over two years out and never reached goal. I got within 40 pounds and then gained back 10. I was eating larger potions and had become a carb monster. After 2 months I lost 7.5. I have lost the other 2.5 in two days on time out. I still drinking my large quantities of coffee with half and half and both nights I have had some lean ham and cheese before my late bedtime. Tonight I will try again not to eat before bed.
I think after twelve days of Nectar, I am going to follow the plateau buster to the best of my ability for during a vacation, part of which will be spent doing live angel duty in Atlanta. :)
Thanks for all the inspiration. Loris

Hi Loris! Thanks for your great post. I love reading about how others are doing. I agree that about two weeks of the TO is a good amount of time, and I've been eating solids like you in the evening, meat/cheese combo. Just a few bites. I just posted that I ate a scone and am feeling very ill. I always had trouble with breads, etc. but as of about six months ago I was able to eat some. Just the four days I've been on TO has obviously reset my pouch regarding THAT issue!
Take care and thank you for YOUR inspiring words. Laurie
I have never been a protein drinker. I am very lactose intolorant since surgery so I have never bothered to find one I like. Nectar Lemonade is OK if I mix it with any Crystal Lite and chug it with a straw. Good luck, Loris
