Accountability - What did eat, Friday 6/22?

Hi Everyone, Late start on posting today, spent almost 3 hours on the phone with my SIL, she's got a ton going on and really needed to let it all out, plus we talked about my plastics and kids - added up to alot of gabbing and really put me behind on my plan for the day...Of course I didn't get up and ge****er or protein the whole time, so wasted a big bunch of quality drinking time cause I was to lazy to get out of the bed and get it while we talked ... Friday was crazy at work, the good mood lasted all day, but the craziness really put a kink in my eating for the day...Ended up low across the board and today I am feeling the results of it, so kinda in a munchie mode - add my weekend tendencies to graze and I'm struggling to stay on course today... Friday : B - 20 1/2 caf sf/ff fv & caramel latte S -choc/pb Oh Yeah! protein bar L - mini pb caramel candy bar D - 2 oz calamari with marinara       2 bites pollo alla guiliano ( chicken smothered in ham, cheese and mushrooms with a                                                          tomato burgandy wine sauce - stole of DH's plate)       1/2 cup tortillini soup with about 6 beef filled tortillini's       1/2 cup antipasta salad with oil & vinegar S - 10 oz hot chocolate with added protein PLUS - 82 oz water/crystal light TOTALS :     Cals - 962     Fat - 39     Carbs - 86     Protein - 63 Hope everyone is enjoying the day ...Alesia

Keep plugging away, Alesia!  I was just telling my husband that I can understand why weekends are harder for someone like you 'cause you're away from your work routine - but I DON'T understand why they're harder for me 'cause I'm home all the time.  I want to eat SO bad constantly and am battling it, too!!!  We can do it!!  WE ARE THE CAPTAINS!!!!! B - 1 pack ls peaches and cream oatmeal w/2 T ground flax, 1/2 c ff milk, banana S - 1 pack pb on wheat crackers, AchievONE L - 1 1/2 c nsa lf vanilla ice cream w/1/2 c blueberries, 1 pack O'Coco's, 1 sf Werthers, 1 sf Dove chocolate S - 1 T pb, 1/2 c cherries, AchievONE D - 2 c Ceasar salad at Justin's Steakhouse and 1 1/2 pcs bread S - sf fudgie, 1/4 c peanuts, 3/4 oz Provolone cheese Plus I had 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz decaf diet green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 16 oz decaf coffee and I treaded for 30 minutes and did light weights for 30 minutes. Total calories:  1977 fat 88 g - carbs 214 g - protein 98 g

Hi Connie, You know I just love you , you are the best support system, always so positive and it feels good to get those strokes, thank you... Oh yes, I am THE CAPTAIN and today my ship is sailing on a crooked line , but yes, I am working on it, know what I am doing and trying to correct it along the way...I responded to another post today, one for a person saying they were planning a BAD day, liked what she had to say about not being on a diet the rest of her life - I agree, I want to live and that means sometimes I will consciously make bad choices, then I will choose to pick myself up and followup with better ones... One day at a time, right?  I AM THE CAPTAIN !     Alesia

Here's my menu for friday

B- Protein shake

S- 1 cup of grapes

L- 3 oz of pork chop and some squash

S- protein bar

D- 4 oz turkey burger and some green beans

S- ice cream with some protein

totals are calories 1273... carbs 84... fat 53... protein 125

got all my water in.. and took a bunch of vitamin B complex.. see if it makes my legs feel better

Hey Carla, You hit it right on the head, Friday was definately low, but don't worry, made up for it on Saturday (you'll see) ...It would be great if the leg numbness is due to a "B" deficiency cause thats an easy fix, but be sure to get it checked out with the doctor anyway and make sure there isn't anything else going on, okay... You had a really good food day ...WOW, great protein numbers ...Keep it up...Carla, I'm really proud of the progress you've been making on getting in enough to eat, remember on the days you are putting in alot of gym time to up the cals a couple hundred more, overall though, I think,  your daily intake looks sooo much better and healthier than it was when you first started posting with me... Hope everyone is doing well today. :) B- wheat puffs and 1/2 cup ff milk 2 splenda packets S-6 town house crackers and 4 tbsp ff cream cheese L- grilled chicken salad S- 4 tbsp ff cream cheese  D- Asian Chicken Salad grilled S-6 town house crackers and 4 tbsp ff cream cheese 128 ounces water and crystal lite  Total= Calories- 998 Carbs- 89 Fat- 20 Protein-112

 Hi Tabitha, Welcome back ...You had a really nice day on Friday, good job...Like your daily totals, I think, they are right in line for someone still working towards goal, keeping cals in and fat in a good range and lots of protein ... Alesia I forgot to answer your questions. I had surgery on Aug. 5, 2005. I am currently at 155 I wanna lose another 15-20 pounds. I fluctuate quite often about 5-10 pounds. I am currently at my lowest as of today. I usually don't eat that few of carbs as I did Thursday. I was just busy and didnt have time. Yesterdays totals were much higher and Saturday (today) they are pretty good. I try to eat good carbs but those bad ones just keep calling my name. :) Thanks for the welcome and have a good night! :)

Had pretty good day. Got in 20 minutes resistance trainng with hand weights and resistant bands. Planted some flowers, it was a beautiful day here in SE CT.

Hi Sher, Sounds like you had an enjoyable day, I love the good weather, its still holding pretty well here too with only an occasional day when the humidity gets out of control and still not too many mosquitos out... You had another great day for food !  But I really want to complement you on water today, much better, I know you are working hard to get in more than 60 oz a day - so GREAT JOB ...
