Well hotwheel queen, that's super that you've done better today!!!!! (well actually it's the next morning so.....)
I had a great night. Nights are hard for me. I slept for 7 hours straight! Got up with less pain than usual also. I am convinced that the sugar aggravates my lu*****mptoms.
I just drank my first protein drink and it's 5:59. Weighed in at a five pound loss this morning and am thrilled.
It's tough doing this but each day it gets more "familiar" doesn't it?? I can't say I did well in the exercise department. I've had a lot of lower back issues lately and also was diagnosed with an SI condition in my right hip. THAT is better due to some exercises the PT gave me. What a relief!
So today I will start my walking program again. Haven't done that in almost a week. I love the Leslie S. Walking tapes. I now have the two mile with weight resistance. I use to do the FOUR mile tape when I was in my big loosing phase after my surgery. I'm convinced it helped me reach my goal weight. I shed the last 20 lbs very easily and really never had a horrible plateau issue like some do. So, walking is on the schedule for today!

Good morning and what a good one it is Cong. on your 5lb loss. I weighed and i am now 199 yeah..... I NEVER WANT TO BEE 200 AGAIN ECER, EVER, EVER............. (YES I AM SCREAMING) I am also glad we are on here supporting oneanother, it's so much easier being accountable, and honest for the world of OH to read as I realy dont have any support here at home, Hubby never asks how it's going, or helps me with my eating he pretty much doesnt get involved with my weight wich can be good at times and bad at others, and my girlfriends I think get tiered of hearing about it. so yes I love OH. I am trying to talk my 6 and 0 year old boys to go on a bike ride, but they just want to watch cartoons, so i may wait till the Hubby comes home and leave them behind.. now that i am 199 i cant wait till 190 so boy am i motivated.
Had no broth (sodium) yesterday and uped the water so i am sure that was helpful with this loss.
Keep up the great work, and dya by day, pound by pound we can do this... What is the amount of weight you want to lose???
Also what ever eating plan works for people then thats what they should stick to for me it's the t/o plan my Dr. said go back to basics, to the begining and start over. so LIQUIDS are back to the basics, then gradualy adding in solid food, which I plan on doing in a few weeks. So I did agree with your post .
wooohoooocongrats! I just had a great day, weird, but good! I ended up sleeping through the night, got up for a bit, fell back asleep until almost noon! Unheard of for me! Probably due to the stormy weather and my lupus...anyhoo, got up, and primed my dining room all afternoon. That job is behind me! The fumes about did me in but I managed to stay on track with my eating and it's almost 6 p.m. Time for my third protein drink!
Hubby made blueberry scones this afternoon so I'm too thrilled about that but for some reason I am doing fine, no desire to have one. He's been supportive of my WL surgery but I figure they guy's got to eat and this is MY gig....my hubby does sound like yours. Never said much when I was heavy, seems thrilled that I've lost the weight....I need to get back to goal...140...so I have 25 lbs. to lose. I do believe this will work for me. The trick is resigning myself to the fact that it's easier to stick to the program than to beat myself up day in and day out......life's better when I'm healthy and feel good about how I look. So, I have to go get cleaned up now. Just wanted to check in. Had to shut down the system due to the storms but am back on line now! Take care and I hope you have a good evening.
