TGIF, Kathy & Everyone! I didn't get to the gym yest. (Thurs.) cause I was getting ready for a cookout at our house last night w/ several couples--but I DID get some exercise cleaning up our patio & outdoor chairs, etc., and cleaning inside--so all was not lost! This morning, I was back at the gym for my 50-min. step aerobic class and then did about 20 min. of upper body strength training. Not enough to work off all that I ate & drank last night , but . . . that was then, and today's a new day! And we got some rain early this morn.--great news in this southern IL town!!

Didn't post his yesterday but I did get in my walking, shaved off another 20 seconds or so from my previous time for one mile. Sher
