Accountability - What did you eat, Thursday 6/21?
I have been lurking on here for some time!! I usually post on the Cali board..
LND: steak
BRK: 2 string cheese
LUN: spicy chicken salad...lettuce, chicken, green sauce, cheese, and sour cream
DNR: pork and broccoli and 2 bites of my sons pasta (bad bad!!)
No protein drinks today!!
I tried the TO plan last week for 3 days and lost 3 lbs then when I added low carb food back on day 4 I gained it all back at once!!! I may try it again because I really want to lose 10 lbs this summer!!!

Welcome, we love to have new posters...I'm getting ready to put in the Accountability for Friday, so come on in and post this weekend...Meal choices look good...so try to add some info about total cals, protein, carbs, fat and exercise and we'll try to give constructive feedback on how to keep losing and help you get to your summer goal...
