Thursday evening protein and then bed!
Hey all you Time out buddies! Wanted to say good night and thanks for listening today! It helps so much. I did well and so far this evening I haven't been too uncomfortable. I just decided that I am the boss (not my brain) so when I want to reach for something unhealthy I just say no. Outloud seems to work best! And also, my mom's a behavioral therapist so I know that getting out your feelings through writing is a wonderful form of therapy. So, lets do this again tomorrow! K? Night to all, Lbb_yogawoman1
