Hi Kathy, yes I got in my exericise today. I even beat my own record and finished 1 mile in 25 1/2 minutes. That may not sound too fast but coming from where I've been it is just great. I burned 134 calories and post exercise I continued in high gear getting my chores done.

I did 45 minutes of strength training and about 15 minutes on the bike then headed home to do some laps in the pool, but I got rained out. I need to find a way to get more cardo in. It's difficult for me to walk outside now because it's so hot and because I have MS the heat really affects my legs. I start getting numbness and tingling after walking only a short distance. The pool is a good option for me but we tend to get a lot of afternoon showers here this time of year. I guess I could try to get up earlier to swim…..ugh. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
