Hi ladies,  The headaches and food hunger  will go away.  I have been on the TO for 2 weeks and lost 17 bls.  And that is still with going to 2 weddings and eating dinner at them.     If you really get hungry, grab a piece of protein, like a chicken leg or slice turkey, as long it is protein.   Good-luck Laura

Hi Ladies, You have me excited, because I'm starting the TO tomorrow.  I'll keep you posted on how I do and keep reading to see how you make out!  It is nice to know that I'm not the only one struggling.  I got back into all my bad habits and believed that I was the only one out of hundreds of thousands that the surgery failed!!!  Duh!!!   Thanks for being there!!! Hello again, I only use the NECTAR protein drinks.   The fuzzy navel is great for a morning drink.    They only have 90 calories,   60 mg of Sodium,  NO SUGAR or Aspartame.    AND  they have Potassium.   If you get leg cramps, like I did the 2nd day on TO,   try Crystal Light "Hydration with Electrolytes to aid in hydration.   After I used this my leg cramps did not come back. I had a headache the first day only.   After about 2-3 days I had more Energy and was not hungry. Hang in there. Laura

Hi all! I LOVE the Necar fuzzy navel but they upset my stomach. The only protein drink I can digest is the Real Meals...I've tried everything else. I also can't digest anything with soy in it....I'm lucky about the leg cramps...well, not "lucky" but I just had an iron infusion a couple of weeks ago so my legs are back to normal. My low iron made the cramp terrible, then the infusion caused them pain for a couple of days during the absorbtion process but now I'm good....I'm usually pretty consistant with staying hydrated. Today is the beginning of day 3 for me and I weighed this morning...down 4 lbs! I'm very thankful I turned to OH and found you guys! Always a life saver!!! As of last night my cravings for sugar were gone....just missed CHEWING!!! But I remember even that subsides. I'm hoping I can settle into to this. It DOES take a burden off of my mind knowing what I have to do and accepting it, surrendering to it. I have a friend that is doing Weigh****chers but I'm afraid that would't work for me. Like Carla I'm an all or nothin' type gal! Well, I need to call my son...he leaves for an International Soccer tournament in Croaitia this morning! Laurie
