Thanks, Alesia !  I don't know all the stats on the WW bar (so may have figured it too high on FitDay - hence higher calories?) but I know it's under 6 g of sugar.  My hubby goes to WW and he "won" it as a prize for some game they did.  It was really good!  You might be able to find it on Ebay - I know my daughter buys a lot of their stuff on there.  Otherwise, you need a WW connection - LOL.   Thanks for the fruit support - it's tough!  I could eat a ton of it and have to force myself to limit it.  I probably wouldn't be buying cherries, either, except they've been on sale for $2.99/lb. at Publix for a while.  Talk to you tomorrow!!

Hugs,
Connie

Hi Sher, Isn't it great to go out and do something you really enjoy and feel good during and after it...We picked strawberries about a month ago here and I have quite a stash in my freezer, in about 2 weeks the blueberry picking will open, I think I will have clearence from my doc to do that kind of stuff by then and really look forward to going out and getting some - have lots of great recipes for blueberries, UMMMM Know what you mean about meals out at restaurants, usually DH and I just decide on something to share, but sometimes I like to order stuff he does'nt really care for, then I just get it and pack up the leftovers for another day...Yesterday at my business meeting the caterer brought in asparagus and sundried tomatoes - it was SOOOO yummy I coped a bit in my tupperware to bring back and eat today for lunch at the office... Glad you had fun at berry picking...Did well with you food too, just remember when you are out in the hot sun you need to pump up you water intake so you don't get dehydrated... See ya tonight...Alesia
