freaking out, i swallowed a fish bone

I haven't done this since before surgery, now i am worried it may harm my pouch. Has anyone ever swollowed a small fish bone and lived to tell about it?   JUst freaking out . Thanks for any responses.

I haven't personally swallowed any fish bones, but I'm assuming it was cooked, so it should be soft.  If it went down ok and didn't get stuck, you should be fine.  This too will pass (literally!!)  If you would develop any unusual abdominal symptoms then call your surgeon, otherwise If you have a normal bm today, I'd figure the bone was history!!  Good luck!  DeeAnn
