Did You Move To Lose Today? Tuesday!
Hi Kathy, The step aerobic class yest. didn't bother me (I'd been doing it a couple weeks), but the upper body weight workout (hadn't done for quite awhile) made me SO SORE today from the waist up that it was almost laughable! Today I did cardio for 40 min. and lower body weight training for about 20 min., so I figure tomorrow I'll be sore all over! I used to faithfully do all of the above, so it goes to show how lazy my muscles have become.
Later this afternoon, I walked to the post office, which added a little less than 2 miles to my day. Tomorrow I am going to my first yoga class. I'm nervous! But I'm determined to get back in the exercise routine and am trying to mix it up so I can stay motivated and get some of this weight back off. Hope you are feeling better than yesterday!
