Now Janice, don't say "just" yoga.  I took a couple of yoga classes and they are really tough.  You can get some great form from doing yoga as you use your body mass for resistance. Ok, if you are only doing protein drinks you may get dizzy.  I would suggest you eat some protein and complex carbs before and after you workout...  If you don't eat enough before a work out you don't burn fat you burn muscle.... You are doing awesome...for a grump
