I'm logging my food into fitday. Could someone please tell me what my pie chart should look like?????????  I know I need 100 grams of protein per day and 1500 calories. That's about all I know for myself. I'm wanting to know about the carbs and fat amounts. I am maintaing currently.  Thanks  Laurie

I love fitday, have been using it since the very beginning. I wouldn't worry about the carbs and fats too much...if you aren't sure, ask your doctor/nutritionist. If you are getting sufficient protein and cals, you probably are just right on the other two things. MOLLY
