Accountability - What did you eat, Wednesday 06/13?
Yay, Alesia!! Keep taking care of yourself and don't worry about the 9 lbs! You KNOW it's just fluid retention!! Why do we torture ourselves so?!?
Waaaaaahh - I want perky girls!!
B - 3/4 c cinnamon cluster Honey Bunches of Oats w/2 T ground flax, 1 c ff milk, banana
S - 8 oz nsa lf strawberry yogurt, AchievONE
12 oz ff sf decaf mocha latte' at the grocery store
L - 75% chocolate bar from Germany, 1/2 c grapes, 7 lf cheese cubes, sf Jell-O cup, 1 pack O'Coco's
S - nsa lf ice cream sandwich, AchievONE
D - 1/2 serving of eggplant (no pasta OR bread) and salad at Olive Garden; sf fudgie at home
S - 1 c nsa ff ice cream w/1 c strawberries and ff RW
Plus I had 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz Diet Coke and I treaded for 30 minutes and did light weights for 30 minutes. I didn't have time to do FitDay - but I don't think it would've been too good

What can I say, its just a love/hate relationship with the scale, know better like you said, but still do it...It's just one of the ways I use to control myself, so I'll keep getting on every morning knowing it will get better, it just takes time...
Why do you say the Fitday would not look so good? I think you did fine...Alesia
