YAY today is the big day.  I hope everything goes smoothly!  I am sure you will be so happy with the results!!  I'll be thinking about you today.   Well yesterday was pretty good.  I seem to always be pretty good the first half of the week.  I really really really want to get to 170 before I leave for California in 2 and half weeks.  I think it can be done but I've got to be good on the weekends.  I've been feeling really tired lately and so I am going in for a blood draw next week to see if I'm low in anything. I'm thinking it's the b-12..but we shall see.  Anyways, here's how yesterday went. B: 20 oz nonfat sugar free caramel latte S: 8 strawberries L: basil pesto chicken wrap -- chicken, pesto, provolone, tomatoes, and onions in a whole wheat tortilla S: one La Tortilla low carb green onion tortilla with a laughing cow lite cheese wedge and 2 oz deli turkey meat and a tomato sliced with salt and pepper D: taco salad  with lettuce, tomato, green onion, grilled red onions, taco meat, a few taco chips, salsa and a little bit of lite ranch dressing. Hi Kerri, Thanks for keeping me in your mind, that makes me feel good ...You did have a really great day again loaded up with good choices, so, as they say, keep on keepin' on... That lunch wrap sounds just DELISH, think I'm going to have to try making it myself at home... On the tiredness, do you take iron supplements? Of course could be B-12, are you on B-12 regular?  I was experience tiredness a lot about 13-14 months out, I do 1 B-12 shot a month plus sublingual supplement everyday, but did that all along before the tiredness started...Talked to my surgeon and he suggested I go from iron sup every other day to every day, so I started taking my vitron C daily and now I do much better, really only feel extremely tired when I pack in too many carbs at lunch and then I think it's coming of the high that makes me want an afternoon nap... Good luck...It will be better soon...  Alesia

Hi Connie, Rest assured, I'm getting a lots of giggles in between doze off sessions ...Wanted to remind you that you're doing really good on your program, eating right and doing well especially helps with mood and attitude - so KEEP IT UP!!! Wanted to say I'm jealous of the cherries, I love fresh cherries but just cannot justify $4 a lb in my grocery bill, so usually I just taste test one as a sample when I'm in the store ( I know bad me for sampling and not buying, hoping the store staff doesn't smack my hand for it )... See ya soon...Alesia

Hey Sher, Thanks for the kind words, I hope recovery is quick too, cause I'm scheduled to return to work on Monday... Okay on the exercise remark, I have to say that you are always doing some kind of upkeep around the house or yard and that certainly counts as exercise ( at least in my book) however, if you are getting "official" exercise in too that is a big bonus, so great job ... See ya tomorrow evening... Alesia PS.  I had breast today too, only mine had to have skin taken off ( funny me , this just popped into my head while I was reading your food list and thought I'd be cute )
