I have been doing more of a modified TO. I have actually been having moments of TRUE hunger. Because I want to stave off starvation mode etc, I am listening to that hunger. Also, I am hoping to make this a life change, not just a temporary one. So, I have been eating some lean protein during those times. I am doing two protein shakes per day (Isopure 50g per serving of protein) then lots and lots of water and crystal light. I also enjoy Fruit2O because it goes down my pouch easier, I don't know why?? Lean protein like: chicken, pork, salmon etc. Sounds a lot like what we should be doing all along...right?? Yep, I know. And that is why I am not calling it a TIME OUT, but more of a BACK TO THE BASICS! Some days I NEED the actual food, other days, I don't. Oh, and EVERY DAY, Time Out or not, I eat one Activia Light per day to keep me regular!! Patty's doctor actually recommended introducing salads instead of protein, so that was more of a doctor advised idea. I am just kind of doing my own thing. Trying what works best for me and so far the results have been great!!
Blessings~

Thanks Becky! I have only gained about 5 pounds which today when I weighed it was only 3 pound gain so it moves around. I just have gotten slack about sticking to my diet. I have always been so rigid being very careful to avoid carbs. I got turned on to Starbucks frappacino's and boy I just did a nutrition check on them and HOLY COW they are loaded up with calories. I am thinking my 5 pounds could definately be from them. I guess I didn't really think about the fat/calories in liquid drinks and I have one almost every single day. I am going off of those as of today. I will allow myself one a month or something for a special treat. I have noticed I 'graze" more at night lately just a few bites of this or that but typically nothing super healthy. It might be a few chips here, a scoop of sherbert a little later and I know this "grazing" is setting me up for a huge fall if I don't stop it now. I am going to get myself back on track. I will definately not go straight protein drinks and crystal light because since dropping all this weight I get really dizzy and icky feeling if I don't have something to eat. I am planning on just lean protein like chicken (my protein of choice). I want to get this 5 pounds off for sure and really most important get back on track with my eating habits.
Thanks for all the info.
