I suvived day 1 of Time Out!

Well, day 1 was not nearly as tough as I thought it would be! I had my 3 protein shakes plus about 120 oz of water. I got a lot of exercise just by going to the bathroom (HA HA). Seriously though, I think this is really going to help me out to lose these 10-12 lbs. I also went to the gym last night and did an hour of cardio step and an hour of lifting weights and felt terrific all night long. Thank you Patti for sharing this info with us. Sandy

Hi Sandy!
On my 2nd or 3rd day my energy really picked up! So, it has something to do with being off sugars and carbs. They really drug me down and I felt so good without them.
Congrats on doing something proactive and getting your head straight while resting your pouch. It's a great motivator!
