Hi Sher, Thanks for posting the info on cutting a pasting stats, I know that is appreciated... You get 2 thumbs up for staying on track with you eating...You really do well with your choices...I do have a suggestion though - I've seen a lot of posts and even experienced this myself - If you up you calories a little bit more, maybe 150-200 more a day you might go back into a losing cycle, this is because when you eat at a low range for an extended length of time, the body starts thinking it might be starving and goes into conservation mode by not letting go of anything...Anyway, I know this is risky cause I know my own fears about eating too much and gaining weight but like I said I personally have seen it work -something to think about...
