first time doing time out
I have not been checking the scale daily, for me that might well be discouraging. I will check once a week and once I hit goal then I will check every other day to catch any increase and get back on Time Out. I really didn't let myself get that hungry, I ate something protein or another shake, in 2-3 days you will be in ketosis and then you won't feel hungry. What I DID have was a mild, peristent headache, but that went away after 4 days. Good for you for your efforts to do something good for yourselves!!
